Trying to reach us after hours?

If you dial 715-425-0906 outside our normal work hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., you may have noticed a new phone message. Along with the move to our new building also came a new telephone system.

Emergencies. If you are trying to reach us regarding a power outage, a water leak, etc. simply press 1 at the prompt and you will automatically be transferred to an employee standing by to collect your information. As always, you are still encouraged to dial our after hour emergency number (715-425-0939) to directly reach an employee ready to assist with your emergency without the extra steps.

Non-Emergencies. If you have a question regarding a bill, want to notify us of a streetlight that is out, etc., simply press 2 at the prompt and leave a message. We will then receive and process your message the next business day.
