Speaker Dave Hepfler, owner of Harmony Energy Systems, serves as an independent consultant for the Wisconsin ENERGY STAR® Homes and the Home Performance with ENERGY STAR programs offered through Focus on Energy.

Each participant (one per household) will receive a CFL bulb, a $50 rebate voucher to be redeemed upon the completion of a Home Performance with ENERGY STAR evaluation, and a chance to win a complete Home Performance with ENERGY STAR® evaluation valued at $300.
