Treichel Receives Apprentice Leadership Award

Apprentice Electric Lineworker, Dan Treichel, was awarded the Apprentice Leadership Award by the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development Bureau of Apprenticeship Standards. Dan received his award during at 23rd Wisconsin Biennial Apprenticeship Conference in Madison on February 12, 2007.

The highly competitive Apprenticeship Leadership Award is given to three apprentices – one each in the categories of service, construction and industrial sectors. The award is based on academics, on-the-job performance, and community service.

Dan’s academic record includes a 4.0 GPA during his apprentice instruction, with 100% attendance. Dan’s outstanding work performance and willingness to participate in community activities for River Falls Municipal Utilities were important in consideration for this award.
