Name our community project and WIN!

River Falls Municipal Utilities is in the process of coordinating a community-wide effort, with the purpose of instilling a strong conservation ethic while demonstrating the effectiveness of energy efficiency, conservation and renewable resource development. A Leadership Committee comprised of local elected/appointed officials, educators, business leaders, environmental group members and citizens has formed together to further the goal by motivating the community to work together on this project.

Up to this point you may have heard this initiative being called “Leading By Example” ~ however, it is now time for a change! Simply submit your idea of what we should call this project by filling out the form on our "The Community Connection" newsletter. If your theme/tag line is chosen, you will win your choice of a solar powered electronic gadget charger or an equivalent cash amount. Below are some key words that have previously been used to discuss this initiative: renewable, conservation, future, efficiency, sustainable, and community.
