2020 Open Book and Board of Review
The Board of Review is a quasi-judicial board which meets on an annual basis during the 45 day period beginning the fourth Monday in April. The activities of the Board are governed by Wis. Stats 70.47. The Board will meet briefly on May 26, 2020, at 6:15 p.m. to postpone as the assessment roll will not be complete until the end of August.
- Open Book - July 9, 4-6 p.m.
- Deadline to file an Objection - July 31, 4 p.m.
- Board of Review - August 6, 4-6 p.m.
The 2020 Open Book is scheduled for July 9, 2020, 4-6 p.m. Please contact Accurate Appraisal directly at 800-770-3927 for an appointment.
The 2020 Board of Review is scheduled for August 6, 2020, from 4-6 p.m. Please attend the Open Book prior to making an appointment for the Board of Review. Please contact the City Clerk’s Office at 715-426-3408 for appointment. All original signed paper objections need to be received by the City Clerk no later than 4 p.m. on Friday, July 31, 2020.
Accurate Appraisal is contracted to complete appraisals for the City of River Falls. If there is a change in your home valuation, you will receive a notice from Accurate Appraisal.
