The City of River Falls is required to comply with Wisconsin State Statutes regarding the purchase of goods and services, as well as the City’s purchasing policy. In general, for projects less than $25,000, competitive quotes are obtained. For most projects in excess of $25,000, formal bids are required. Projects requiring formal bids or proposals will be listed on this site with contact and response information.

Current Published Requests for Proposals/Qualifications:
- 2019-2022 Request for Snow Hauling of Downtown Area of the City of River Falls - Proposals due on October 14, 2019, at 12 p.m.
The City is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide snow hauling services for a five-year contract. The contract includes an evaluation after year one before proceeding with the remaining four years. The successful bidder will be a company of sufficient resources to fulfill the requirements of this contract.
- Request for Preliminary Engineering Services for Mann Valley Corporate Park - Proposals due on November 1, 2019, at 1 p.m.
The City is soliciting proposals from well-qualified firms interested in providing preliminary engineering services for the Mann Valley Corporate Park. Firms with relevant qualifications are encouraged to submit.
A pre-proposal meeting was held on Tuesday, October 15 from 9 - 11 am at City Hall. Below is the Clarifying Document from that meeting.
